Universal Tankers Introduce Employee Assistance Programme

The importance of staff wellbeing in the modern workplace has become increasingly prominent in recent years. What is an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)?

An EAP is an employee benefit platform to help staff deal with personal and professional issues. An EAP provides support for any scenario that could affect work life, home life, mental health, physical health or general wellbeing.

Who Are Health Assured?

Health Assured are an award-winning employee assistance program operating across the UK and Ireland. Their platform provides support to more than 15 million people in public, private and non-profit businesses, and has done so for over 20 years. Universal Tankers hope to use this wealth of expertise to positively impact their workforce and the business as a whole.
